Justin Amolsch

JUSTIN AMOLSCH attended the DePaul University School of Music 1995-2000 and vowed never to leave Chicago. Justin played seasons with the Rockford Symphony Orchestra, Concertante di Chicago, Camerata Chicago, Lake County SO, and the Classical Symphony of Chicago. He has been in horn sections (trumpet, horn, trombone) playing with The Hemispheres, The Congregation, Expo ’76, Mucca Pazza, Al Scorch, Broken Social Scene, Poi Dog Pondering, The Walkmen, Jesse Dee, Noel Gallagher, and can be heard on albums by Califone and Iron & Wine. His theater experience includes pit playing, music directing, and on-stage playing, e.g. Goodman Theatre's A Christmas Carol (2003-Present). Mr. Amolsch recently broke his vow and moved to Colorado where he is currently 3rd Horn in the Arapahoe Philharmonic. Oh, yeah, he also founded a Woodwind Quintet that specializes in Radiohead covers.
